Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University
in USA; Masters in Human Resource Management Kenya Methodist University;
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Kenya Methodist University;. I am
passionate in giving back to the society and helping the less fortunate in the society
since Hosea 4:6 says that “my people perish because of lack of knowledge”. I have a
vast experience in leadership and management from various organizations including
government agencies, retail, manufacturing and educational sectors.
Mr. Jacob Odhiambo Advocate
UDI Legal Advisor
Jacob is a Partner at Oraro & Company Advocates in the corporate & commercial
practice group. With over 10 years’ experience. He has advised local and
international corporate on infrastructure projects, commercial contracts, corporate
advisory, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisition and privatisations.
Jacob was recently part of a team that advised in a complex debt to equity
restructuring of Kenya Airways Plc that aimed to reposition the National carrier for
long-term growth and business sustainability. Moreover, he has been involved in
some of Kenya’s most complex M&As in the financial services sector, including
advising the National Bank of Kenya Limited in relation to the take-over of 100% of
the Company’s shares by Kenya Commercial Bank Group PLC (KCB) and Transnational Bank and its shareholders in the sale and purchase of upto 100% shares to a Nigerian multinational commercial bank.
Chambers Global ranked Jacob its 2020 Guide of Corporate/M&A and commented that he “is commercially astute and always looks out for his clients in any transaction.”
Jacob holds an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Rt. Rev John Mark Haung Godia is currently the Bishop of the Anglican Church of
Kenya Maseno West Diocese. He has Masters in ATh; Degree in Divinity and CS.
He has over 15 years Leadership experience in Project Management and Church
Administration.
Mrs. Peres Odhiambo

Mrs. Peres Odhiambo is currently serving at the Department of Health
in Nairobi County as the TB Coordinator and member of the Westland
Sub County Health Management Team. She is a registered nurse with
over 20 years’ experience in diverse health department including
HIV/AIDS, TB, CANCER, GBV, RMNCH and Community health
services.
Mrs. Celestine Olale.
Resource mobilization.
Mrs. Celestine Olale is a nurse and currently working in United State of
America. She has experience in project management and resource
mobilization in addition to providing Health Services as registered nurse.
She is serving UDI board in the capacity of resource mobilization.
Mr. Isaiah O Ochieng
UDI Secretary
Isaiah Ochieng is the Board Secretary of UDI and projectCoordinator.
He has BSC. in Community Health and Development; Diploma in
Community Development and Social Work and Project Management.
Has over 5 Years’ experience in project implementation including
RMNCH, Economic Empowerment, GBV, Health Strengthening
Advocacy, SRHR and Administration
Dr Bernard Onguche.
Dr. Bernard Onguche is a medical doctor currently working as the programs manager at Ngima for Sure Organization. He has over 5 years’ experience working with both state and non-state government in service deliver and project management. He is currently serving in UDI board and provide technical support/advice to projects implementation team.
